Events Related to Selecting the Winner of the Contest for General Designer of the All-Ukrainian Center to Protect Mothers’ and Children’s Health Started

July 26, 2007, at 5:20 pm, events related to selecting the winner of the Contest for General Designer of the All-Ukrainian Center to Protect Mothers’ and Children’s Health, the Children’s Hospital of the Future, started at the Central Hall of the Ukrainian House in Kyiv.

At the start, Head of the Board of Directors of the Children’s Hospital of the Future Charitable Fund Vira Pavliuk addressed the audience. She thanked the companies’ representatives for their participation in the contest. Ms. Pavliuk also spoke about the Children’s Hospital of the Future project and the stages of its implementation.

Later, the contest participants will be presented. Until this day, the names of the participating companies remained unknown: all proposals were ciphered. This is one of the means to secure the impartial judgment, since the Contest Committee was able to consider the proposals, unaware of their authorship.

Authorized persons will announce the names of the companies they represent and receive presents from the Children’s Hospital of the Future Charitable Fund.

At present, the Contest Committee is holding its final meeting at the Small Hall to select three proposals which will be recommended for the consideration of the supreme governing body of the Children’s Hospital of the Future Charitable Fund, the Conference. The meeting is supposed to finish by 6:00 pm.
