Three Companies Participating in the Contest Are Named

26.07.2007, 18:19

During the final events of the contest to select General Designer of the All-Ukrainian Center to Protect Mothers’ and Children’s Health the three companies participating in the contest were named.

Representatives of the Ukraine-based Medservis Partner and Budova Tsentr 1, along with Mario Cucinella Architects (Italy), addressed the audience from the Central Hall stage at the Ukrainian House.

Medservis Partner Company was represented by its director Serhiy Tsysar. He said that for his company it was a great honor and responsibility to take part in this contest, since the creation of the Children’s Hospital of the Future would give a fresh start for creating similar hospitals in other Ukraine’s cities. In Mr. Tsysar’s view, this would allow to offer better medical aid to Ukraine’s children.

Director of the Budova Tsentr 1 Company Volodymyr Hirniak said that, unfortunately, in the last years too few similar projects have been carried out. The participation in the contest to select General Designer of the All-Ukrainian Center to Protect Mothers’ and Children’s Health for his company was an opportunity to use all its experience, ideas, potential, and knowledge to help in creating such an institution in Ukraine.

Mario Cucinella Architects representative Giulio Altieri said that their company had been doing everything possible to help sick Italian children for many years. He said that, creating this project, his company tried to create most favorable conditions for the children, since it was very important for them to feel at home at the hospital.

On behalf of the Children’s Hospital of the Future Charitable Fund, its Head of the Board of Directors Vira Pavliuk presented all companies’ representatives with carved wooden plates.
